Fancy Pirate Hat. This black pirate hat has a gold skull and crossbones on front and white feathers on outer rim. A flexible metal wire inside the fabric helps the hat hold its shape. Red satin attached at bottom and ties at side. Hat is adjustable and has secret pocket inside. Made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester.
